In daily working life, whether in a company, medical facility or in public administration, batches of documents are constantly being created that have to be signed. With the help of the batch signatures provided by digiSeal® office pro, these documents can be electronically signed in just one go. If you use a signature card to provide the qualified electronic signature, the PIN for the entire batch of documents only has to be entered once. An individual signature is nevertheless generated for each individual signature.

The digiSeal® office pro signature software, which provides all functions included in the basic digiSeal® office version, also provides batch signing for a range of differently sized document batches: depending on the product version, it signs up to 100, 250 or 500 documents at one go with a single PIN entry.
